Banquet following @ New Life Covenant Church

 

Dear Friend of Graffiti Youth Ministries,

Last year I made an appeal to our community, and perhaps even you, to link arms with our students in support of our Student-Led Youth Ministry and break through the low expectations our culture and media has tried to establish for them... AND YOU DID!

Thanks to your support, we were able to help over 30 students and youth leaders attend Smoky Mountain Winterfest (A youth retreat/conference event), and assist in the purchase of a van for our outreach ministry. We are currently poised to aide more students attend PA State Youth Camps this Summer, as well as take a small team of students and youth leaders on an Urban Mission trip just outside of Philadelphia (Essington, PA)...

Needless to say, there's still more to do! With your help on June 22nd @ 8:30am, on the Links at Nemacolin, the 2nd Annual Graffiti Golf Scramble 2013 will help our students accomplish what the world around them would say is impossible, especially for 'mere teenagers'!

There are numerous ways you and/or your business can contribute. And if you can't give but would be willing to be a prayer partner, please indicate that as well, and please be in prayer for our ministry! Simply complete the attached registration form, and return it as instructed.

Thank you so much for whatever contribution the Lord has blessed you with the ability to give!

Last year, we had such a great time, and this year, we hope to see you on the Links at the Graffiti Benefit Scramble 2013!

Entry Fee -

Register before June 1, 2013 to take advantage of the "Early Bird" Fee:

$65-Individual - or - $250-Team (foursome)

Registration after June 1, 2013 is:

$85-Individual - or - $300-Team (foursome)

 

*Entry Fee inculdes 18 holes on The Links at Nemacolin Woodlands, all course fees and use of the practice areas (putting/chipping greens and driving range). All players have the chance to test their skills by participating in the following challenges; Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive for Men and Women, Straightest Drive, and Longest Putt. You are also invited to the event Banquet following the scramble. All food and drink will be provided as part of your entry fee. Here the awards and prizes wil be given to the winners of the event and challenges. There will also be door prizes available by raffle. One raffle ticket will be given to every person that attends the banquet.

**Entry Fee DOES NOT include extra events and available perks. The consumption of any food or drink from the Beverage Cart will be purchased seperately on the day of.

We would also like to invite your family members to the banquet. Please indicate the number of additional persons you wish to bring on the Registration Form. Cost is $15 per extra person.
