Our Mission
Our mission statement is meant to “put legs” on our vision statement, so we can get up every day and build a church that glorifies God and edifies people. Our mission is all about people: “We exist to help people develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, and discover God’s purpose for their lives.”
As you can see, we are not here to just build a building, maintain a tradition, or grow an organization. We are here to introduce as many people as we can to their Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and then help them discover and live out God’s purpose for their lives.
Again, we find our mission captured in the Holy Scriptures: “It is by grace you have been saved, through faith…it is a gift of God…and we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” (Ephesians 2:8-10 NIV)
